Now this one truly great wall of China! With a circumference of 14km, standing 12m tall and 12-14m wide at the top, the Xi'An city wall simply rules. Oh, and just in case, they've added a 12m deep and 20m wide moat around the city wall as well. Build in 1370, this is the largest and best-preserved ancient city defense system in the world.
